Adding more content with TubeTV.

August 13, 2007   0 Comments

Searching for new content for your MacHTPC often leads you to YouTube or GoogleVideo. But currently YouTube is not integrated into FrontRow, CenterStage, iTheater, or MediaCentral! There is a lot of great user submitted content out there.

TubeTV is a freeware application that will allow you to save these video to your system for later feedback. The easy to use application quickly converts and save this video in H.264 with Quicktime. With its built in browser you can search videos without jumping to your web browser. Once your conversion has completed add the video to your iTunes Library, and quickly synced to you AppleTv, or access through your favorite media center applications.

Quicktime and Perian 0.5 are required for proper conversions.

Of course being a freeware application TubeTV is free to download over at Chimoosoft.
