If you have been having issues since your installation of QuickTime 7.2 your not alone. Many users are reporting Code Fragment Manager applications (Word, Excel etc) as well as some PPC apps on intel macs. Apple has said they are aware of the issue and are looking into it. There is no ETA on a update to fix the problems.

The latest version of Quicktime added the iPhone Export, full screen viewing and updated the h.264 codec, and addressed some other bugs and security changes.
